How would a 13 yr old boy get big Biceps?
well a 13 y/o boy cannot get big biceps b/c your body is still growing. But that doesn’t mean you should not start lifting weights and workign out. You need to start somewhere, but you should get a trainer or ask your dad or your gym coach at school how to lift weights. it’s very important to have a good coach b/c you could seriously hurt yourself. YOu will not see large biceps though until you hit about 16-18. And if you’re talking about those really big biceps like you see wrestlers and in the movies you have to realize those guys are men…and they’ve been working out for YEARS to obtain those huge biceps. Most of them probably started lifting around your age or little bit older than that. Also, getting involved with sports will help you to tone you body. YOu should try football, baseball, basketball, soccer, wrestling….runners and track guys usually are lean but not bulky so if you’re looking for bulk stay away from the track sorta sports.
