How willI know if the 100% Student Satisfaction Program applies to a specific class?
You can see whether 100% Student Satisfaction applies to a specific class by going to the web schedule and observing which Events have the 100% icon next to them. To see whether a specific enrollment had the 100% Student Satisfaction terms applied, view the Enrollment Confirmation Letter sent to the customer.
