The building contractor will be required to have a Considerate Contractor scheme in place and to provide a local public liaison person so that any issues arising can be dealt with quickly and effectively. Findings from acoustic and air quality investigations will be used to assess the best ways to minimise noise and dust. Phasing plans will ensure that access is maintained to properties along Charles Street at all times. As plans progress, direct contact will be established with local occupiers to provide additional information and to identify any areas of particular concern.
