• It is our belief that the high parking ratio on the property (2.2 spaces/unit) will limit the need to park on the surrounding public streets. The parking ratio that is proposed significantly exceeds the parking provided in the apartment and condominium properties adjacent to the site. As part of the project improvements, additional on-street public parking (not counted toward our parking ratios) will be completed on Kaiser Drive. Ideas that we discussed with the neighborhood include limiting the time allowed to park on the streets or issuing parking permits on impacted streets if necessary.
