How will WSG be organized?
The process began with the legal section. Law firms, which meet the objective criteria, will be contacted beginning in January 2002. If a firm had an interest in principal, they notified Steve McGarry of this interest. Expression of an interest reserved that jurisdiction for that firm for each professional service for which they qualify. An organization committee was formed to create the initial structure. The potential members will review this structure. While the law firm section is being organized, a group will be meeting with other service providers to discuss the concept and benefits for them. The process of contacting these service providers has already begun.
