No matter how you access your primary calendar – through WeSync, the resident Palm DateBook, or another third party calendaring application – it is the individual conduits that each of these solutions use that manage the synchronization and changes to your desktop PIM files. WeSync is configured to always complete its synchronization functions last, after the other conduits have completed their operations. Therefore your experience with your desktop PIM should not change.
