The State Education Department will distribute a paper copy to every pharmacy annually. Electronic versions will also be available. To request a copy, e-mail the State Board of Pharmacy at pharmbd@mail.nysed.gov. Additionally, we will make copies available to computer software vendors for pharmacies.
