How will we ensure accuracy, integrity of info in the Resource Databank?
Targeted Resource Databank data identified in the county’s Release 1 Conversion Plan will be converted as part of the Release 1 of C-IV. After Release 2 deployment, Resource Databank data identified as being owned by C-IV will be maintained within C-IV. In accordance with county policies, providers may be granted access to C-IV for the purposes of maintaining basic information about themselves and their services. Resource Databank information not owned by C-IV can be accessed via other external mechanisms. Ongoing maintenance of the data is the responsibility of the County.
