1. We will improve institutional effectiveness through broad-based participation in the strategic and capital planning, budgeting and assessment processes. • Maintain clear linkage between the University operating budget and strategic plans • Maintain effective annual unit and assessment planning process with clear linkage of strategies to the goals of the University strategic plan • Maintain plans and conduct periodic tests of components included in the University’s Emergency Operations Plan Business Continuity Plan and Pandemic Emergency Operations Plan 2. We will develop and maintain state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories to support excellence in teaching and research. 3. We will systematically implement the University Campus Master Plan which includes sub-plans that focus on: • Housing Facilities Master Plan • Athletic Facilities Master Plan • University Farm Master Plan • Regional Campus Master Plan (to be developed) 4.
