How will we be organised in NZ?
All youth members will be assigned to a Venture unit. This unit will generally have 8-10 members comprising Venturers from NZ, Australia, and other countries joining the Venture. Each unit will have a Venture leader. The units will be made up of people who have selected the same major activity so will stay together for the whole of the Venture. They will cook, eat, sleep and have fun as a unit. You can expect some communication from your Venture Leader in the weeks leading up to the Venture to advise you of any special arrangements for your chosen activity.
