The RIA will work with the proponent as part of the final negotiations to determine how the appropriate infrastructure and services will be best delivered. The proponent will be responsible for costs involved with upgrading services to the development beyond Rottnest’s current capacity. The development will need to meet the RIA’s guidelines for sustainable development on Rottnest Island.
