How will vouchers be redeemed?
A voucher redemption form will need to be submitted along with invoices for purchases that meet certain requirements set out in the Settlement Agreement. Instructions for redeeming vouchers as well as a description of the information that must be included on invoices and receipts will be distributed along with the vouchers shortly after applications are approved. The application process will begin in September 2006.
