The administrators of the voting server will make three copies of the ballots. One will be given to Greg Rose, the chairman of the Leadership Committee. One will be given to another non-candidate SAGE member. These will each be tabulated using different software, to ensure they agree. The third copy will be made publicly available after results are announced.
