How will volunteers be utilized in the new structure?
Volunteers are the cornerstone of the Girl Scout movement. Every volunteer is appreciated. Through these changes, volunteers can focus more on the task-oriented responsibilities they enjoy, which will allow them to become more involved in the Girl Scout movement. These task-oriented responsibilities can also be of varying length, providing opportunities for both volunteers looking for extended involvement and those who can only spare a few hours at a time.
