How will users get notified that their book or article has arrived?
Students and faculty who do not select one of the document delivery options (when registering) are notified by by e-mail or telephone, chosen when registering with ILL. After that, materials are held for 10 days and can be picked up at the Main Circulation Desk on Haggard 2, after which materials are returned/recycled. A $5.00 fee is charged for any unclaimed items.
