How will traffic be managed at Blume?
A. New developments are required to make transportation improvements that maintain or improve traffic flows to pre-development levels. We have prepared a full Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) as required by the Town and NCDOT. The Village of Blume will be required to make improvements both on-site and off-site along Rocky River Rd and Hickory Ridge Roads, and at the intersection of Rocky River Rd and Robinson Church Road. The Village of Blume will be built in phases to further reduce traffic impacts, completion will take approximately 7-9 years.
