How will topsoil within the cultivated areas of the pipeline easement be handled?
When we begin construction of the pipeline in cultivated areas, our contractor will clear the right of way of trees and brush, and will collect the topsoil and hold it separate from the subsoils. After the trench for the pipeline is dug, and the pipeline is placed in the trench, the subsoil will be used to fill the trench, and the topsoil will be placed on top of the subsoil.
