How will TIM handle Shift Differential or On-Call hours?

0

If the position is flagged in the HRIS system as a shift differential-eligible position, the employee will receive the shift differential hours for hours worked in the differential time zone. A permanent employee assigned to substitute for more than one week for another employee who is eligible for shift differential hours, is entitled to shift premium pay for time worked in that position. The shift differential hours will be entered into TIM by the manager for the substitute employee. On-Call hours are scheduled in advance by your manager. TIM will automatically calculate your on-call hours, including on-call amount guarantee of 2 hours for SPA Non-Exempt employees.
