The University Library is always interested in getting feedback on our resources and services. This survey is an opportunity to find out from library users the areas in which we need to concentrate our efforts at improving our resources and services. In addition, the University Library will be able to compare itself with peer institutions and develop best practices and benchmarks for service quality.
