How will this change affect my viewing of Basic Plus Service (chs. 22-61)?
Customers without a Digital TV (QAM Tuner): First, if you do not already have a Digital converter box from Comporium, you will need to obtain the first one free of charge to continue to enjoy your Basic Plus service uninterrupted. If you already have a Digital converter box, you don’t need to do anything! However, if you have more than one television in your home, it will be necessary for each television to have a Digital converter box from Comporium. Customers with a Digital TV (QAM Tuner): If you have a Digital Television (QAM Tuner built-in), you may not need a Digital converter box to continue to enjoy Basic Plus service uninterrupted. However, the channel numbers will be different than those connected to a Digital converter box. If you have more than one television in your home, it will be necessary for each television to either be connected to a Digital converter box from Comporium or be a Digital TV with a QAM Tuner.
