How will this acquisition affect vendor relationships with ServerVault, if at all?
Vendor relationships will not be affected by this acquisition. In fact, there may be opportunities to increase the activity and benefit from economies of scale as it relates to the purchase of various equipment and products. Again, the goal of the transition is to make this as seamless as possible for all parties involved.
