How will the winnings be distributed?
Top All pool members will be paid their share/s less any applicable State or Local Taxes and all costs associated with the reconciliation and distribution of their individual winnings. We recommend that you fill out your profile as completely as possible so as to make it as easy as possible to distribute your winnings. All winnings will be distributed either by the Local or State Lottery Board or by a licensed Certified Public Accounting Firm. Winnings in an Surprize 5 pool will be distributed through PayPal. All participants in any winning pool will be asked to present valid identification to verify name, age and address, i.e., passport, driver’s license. Consequently, your profile Must match exactly that which appears on your official identification. Anyone having more than one membership or, who plays for someone other than themselves or, who is under the age of 18 will be automatically disqualified from any winnings and future membership.
