Eight artists will be editorially selected to perform from within the Top 20 ranked artists in the “Estrellas de Carnaval” Competiton. After each performer has given their all on the stage, audience members will be able to call a designated 1-800 number to vote for their favorite performance of the day and help select the Grand Prizewinner.
