How will the winners from phases 1 and 2 know they won?
The winners will be notified on the following dates: • Phase 1 on October 1, 2010 • Phase 2 on October 26, 2010 For both phases, participants are required to answer the phone or email notification within 72 hours. Failure to respond in a timely manner could result in the loss of their prize. Unless restricted by law, each winning competitor will be required to sign the following form and submit it to Cisco within the term stated on the document: • Transfer of Responsibility, Eligibility, and Publicity Note: If a competitor is a minor (younger than 18), this document must be signed by a parent or guardian. The name of the competitor and the city he/she comes from will be published online.
