How will the WCIRB convey WCMED file quality information to medical submitters and insurer groups?
After a file is completely processed, a Quality Tracking Report for the file containing information on the percentage of passing edits for each data field and counts of edits failed will be emailed to the contact person(s) for the medical submitter and to the contact person(s) for the insurer group. After a quarter closes (e.g. 3rd quarter reporting closes on 12/31), medical submitters and insurer group contacts will receive Quarterly reports in PDF format via email.
