How will the WCIRB address specific Insurer Group questions/issues on WCMED submissions?

The WCIRB is assembling a Medical Data Call unit. A Medical Data Call Analyst will be assigned to each Insurer Group so there will be a direct contact person. The Analyst will work with the Insurer Group through the Certification process; will review each file’s Quality Tracking Report as well as all the quarterly reports. The Analyst will contact the Insurer Group and/or Medical Submitter if data fields below tolerance or to discuss data anomalies.
