Effective July 1, 2010, the first bag or barrel of trash will be collected at no charge (max. volume 33-gallon/ max. weight 50lbs.). Excess trash must be disposed of in specially marked bags, Ipswich’s Official Waste-Reduction-Program trash bags. These bags should be placed on top of or next to the first free barrel.
