How will the UM service be organized?
The person accompanying your child until check in has to present all the valid travel documents (booking confirmations, valid passport or ID) and to fill out a form on which they will write their name, address and phone number as well as the details of the person who will pick up the child on arrival. The agent will hand an envelope containing his ticket, discharge and any official document required to the child. The child’s accompanying adult must stay at the airport until take off. The agent will handle all customs and security formalities for your child. Your child will then be ensured by the Lead flight attendant. Our flight attendants make every effort to ensure that your child enjoys a pleasant flight. He will be seated in the first seat range. The envelope sticker is put on top of his seat so he is easy to recognize by our attendants. At the destination airport, the Lead flight attendant will bring your child to a ground agent who will be responsible for handling all customs and
