How will the Trail look diffrent after the improvements are constructed?
The 6.4 mile Trail, now a dirt path, will become a 16-foot wide path, 10 feet of it paved in asphalt, for use by walkers, bicyclists, roller-bladers, equestrians, and joggers. Signs will point to connecting paths, such as to the Chilson Commons boardwalk and to the West Bennett Park Trailhead. Trash barrels, picnic areas, and restrooms or porta-toilets will be provided at intervals along the Trail.
