How will the Tonsley Park redevelopment help South Australia and southern Adelaide?
A. Stage 1 of the master planning process included an economic impact assessment by SGS Economics and Planning and Alba Capital Partners. It estimated that site development and related productivity improvements will increase Gross State Product (GSP) by up to $400 million each year by 2026. It is expected that as many as 8,600 people will be working on the site at completion, depending on the types and number of tenants. Stage 2 of the master planning process will identify the number of new jobs to be created during construction.
