How will the Timing Work?
In November, you will receive information about the lottery. You will need to follow Resident Life’s instructions to remain in the lottery. In February, you will receive information about leasing at the South Campus Commons and the Courtyards at Maryland apartments. You will need to follow the instructions to apply to lease at one of these properties. Leasing takes place in March. In March you will receive information about applying for residence hall housing. You will need to submit your housing agreement by March 26 to be eligible to participate in Room Selection in April.
