Under the ARRA, stimulus incentive payments will be made to health care providers who show “meaningful use” of HIT. Hospitals in the MU Health Care System will use their stimulus incentive payments to reimburse the Tiger Institute for investment in helping such hospitals achieve stimulus-ready status.
