How will the TAFE SA Network operate?
The TAFE SA Network will be formed to drive collaboration across the Institutes and a strategic direction for TAFE SA. While the Network structure will provide a holistic approach to managing clients it will also allow for difference and for Institutes to be able to respond quickly to diverse clients in diverse situations. The Network will also afford the opportunity for TAFE SA to standardise processes and systems across a range of Institute operational areas such as marketing, international, quality and e learning. The three Institutes with their own RTO status will have enough dexterity to respond swiftly to clients in the more competitive and dynamic environment.
