How will the Super Tuesday caucuses determine the allocation of the delegates to the Democratic National Convention?
All candidates who are found viable (above the 15 percent threshold) on February 5th will be allotted a number of delegates to the Congressional District Conventions to be held on April 12, 2008. At each caucus, members of these viable candidate groups will elect delegates to represent their candidate at the Congressional District Conventions. At the Congressional District level, the delegates will elect district level delegate(s) to represent their candidate at the 2008 Democratic National Convention.
