How will the Stimulus Plan Impact Department of Energy Projects?
The following Department of Energy programs are slated to receive funding under President Obama’s Economic Stimulus Act: • Economic Stimulus Act Provides $16.8 Billion for EERE Programs—The DOE Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) will receive a nearly ten-fold increase in funding through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, which President Barack Obama signed on February 17.
