How will the stalls & RVs be handled?
As with all WTRP events, you may check into your reserved stalls and/or RV spaces after 2:00 pm on the date reserved. You MUST check out of the stalls and/or RV spaces by noon the following day. There are 340+/- stalls at the Somervell County Expo Center that will be available at $20 per night. No outside shavings are allowed. No portable panels or tying horses to the trailers overnight, if stalls are available. There is a minimum of 1 bag of shavings per stall. Additionally, the facility offers 30 RV hookups at $25 per night. NOTE: If you are traveling in a group and would like for the horses in your group to be stalled near each other, we ask that ONE of the contestants in your group reserve ALL needed stalls. This will make the check-in/check-out process go a bit more smoothly for all concerned.
