How will the sewage and land drainage charges be calculated and applied on my utility bill in January 2010, a prorated month?
On your bill with January consumption the sewage and land drainage charges will be prorated and displayed on two lines. The first line will show your charge at the old rate for the period up to December 31, 2009. The second line will show your charge at the new rate for the period of January 1, 2010 and after.
