How will the Semifinalists be selected?
A. Following review of Videos by the Sponsor, qualified Videos will be posted to the Contest Web site for public voting from February 15 to February 26, 2010. Videos will be posted by Division (one Division for High School and one Division for College), and each Division will have three “Brackets”. The Videos in each Bracket will be determined based on the total number of Videos received. Videos from the same participating school will be grouped in the same Bracket. The public will be asked to vote for the best Video in each Division and Bracket based on the criteria listed in the Official Rules. This round of voting will determine the top five (5) videos from each Bracket, (“Semifinalists”). Semifinalists will be notified by email or by phone if their Video will be advancing to Round Two.
