How will the selection process proceed?
What counts for us are individual interviews. You will not be expected to go through an assessment center or do aptitude tests. If your initial application convinces us, we will generally call you for an interview. The interview can take place on the phone or here in Ludwigshafen, depending on the arrangements made after consulting with you. In Ludwigshafen you will have the opportunity to meet your future supervisor and gain a first-hand impression of us, our corporate culture and the working area that interests you.
