How will the results be used?
Each school will receive graphs and tables that outlines its results in the school surveys. The school community can then use the results of the survey to evaluate, reflect, act and improve. The results are included in the school’s annual report. Also, the results of the survey across the whole of Queensland are used to indicate how well Education Queensland is progressing in terms of key corporate priorities.
RMIT’s senior managers have instigated this survey to find out what staff think and they will be considering the results at VCE and as a larger group at the Leadership Forum on 17 August. Budget is allocated in 2007 to support actions arising from the results of the survey. Further, the results can be used to inform action for 2008 through the regular business planning and workforce planning cycles.
