How will the restructuring decisions be communicated to staff?
added 9/23/2010 A. Once the restructuring plans are approved by the Executive Committee, the 27 unit leaders will communicate their plans to their unit. The communications will be timed to the specific plans of each unit, which will vary. Each unit leader will develop a communications plan, unique to their unit. Questions about unit restructuring should be addressed to the appropriate unit leader.
