How will the restoration of existing landscaping in front of his business be handled after construction of Wickenburg Way?
ADOT will do its best to minimize disturbance to only the necessary work area across the business frontage – however, if private landscaping is within the existing ADOT Right of Way, it the responsibility of the property owner to remove what they want salvaged prior to construction and replace after construction is complete. Our plans call only for seeding the disturbed areas within existing ADOT Right of Way in this area with a native seed mix.
