The Grove will enhance and further compliment the city s image as a world class destination resort community.It will provide the residents and visitors expanded retail opportunities within the City of Indian Wells. The annual retail sales tax generated from this project will assure the future economic health and competitiveness of Indian Wells, as well as contribute as much as twenty percent to the city’s current $10 million annual operation budget and further diversify the current revenue sources.
