How will the request for additional information (reports, EOBs, medical records, etc.) be handled and by whom?
Initially information requests will be handled through on-line request list provided with the Stockamp tools. We will identify appropriate departmental staff to respond to the requests for each department. Over the longer-term we will be scanning our lock boxes and other correspondence which will allow us to access this information as needed.
