How will the re-accreditation process progress?
Our letter of commitment will be sent to Business Link, Preston during August and LYOT will be recognised as ‘working towards re-assessment’. At present the logistical parts of the process are being undertaken e.g. the obtaining of structure charts, staff lists and collection and collation of sample documentation necessary for the assessors to be able to understand the culture of the Youth Offending team, our aims and objectives and to enable them to undertake some background reading. Anne Baldwin will be contacting managers to obtain background information and copies of team plans etc. for the Investors in People resource files which will be held centrally for the purpose of assessment.
