How will the RDNA Tool be used?
A3. There will be an annual RDNA process each year, between October and December, to feed into both local and national learning and development planning at the start of the operational year. But you can also use it at any time, eg if you have changed your role, or wish to do so. The process is self assessment and manager assessment to help you agree learning objectives and a development plan. The RDNA web site also includes signposting to the range of development solutions and information to help you to meet your development needs.
