How will the public know who has received EHR incentive payments?
As required by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, CMS will post the names, business addresses, and business phone numbers of all Medicare eligible professionals and hospitals who receive EHR incentive payments. There is no such requirement for CMS to publish information on eligible professionals and hospitals receiving Medicaid EHR incentive payments, though individual States may opt to do so.
