The impact analysis DMHA will conduct with a subset of CMHCs, described above, will address whether there are any Medicaid allowable costs to providing services that have not been taken into account. In addition, the exception process described in the response to question # 6 will be available for consumers who have a clinically appropriate need for different or more intensive services than are available in their service package.
