How will the proposals be reviewed and evaluated?
Proposals will be evaluated following Federal and Department of Health and Human Services procedures for objective review. The criteria to be used are spelled out in detail in the Funding Opportunity Announcement along with the point values that will be awarded for each criterion. These criteria may be found in Section 5, Part 1 in the Funding Opportunity Announcement.
