How will the project look to include sessional / accredited/associated lecturers who work unsocial hours?
The issue is one of communication, ensuring unsocial hours’ lecturers are kept informed, they understand any pre-requisites required from them (e.g. preparing archives which will be clearly defined) and they are made aware of and attend necessary training. The Microsoft Migration project will provide training sessions at agreed times to suit these unsocial hours’ workers and will work with their representatives on the User reference Group to identify and agree when these should be. Finally of course they will need to know when they are actually being migrated as there will be an outage on service and they will resume as an Outlook user.
